Te Tahuna Trust act on behalf of the beneficial owners who are descendants of the Ngāti Tamateatutahi Ngāti Kaiti hapū. Beneficial Owners hold permanent interests in the Māori freehold land vested in the Trus and receive benefits such as income from lease rentals, distributions and grants.
All personal information held is managed under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 and subject to the Privacy Act 2020.
