Annual General Meeting Notice - Saturday, 30 October 2021 - ONLINE

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of Owners will be held online
​- Saturday 30 October 2021 at 10am

Tēnā koutou katoa,

Te Karanga Maha o Ngāti Tamateatutahi Ngāti Kawiti, He aha te mea nui o Te Ao, māku e kī atu, he tāngata, he tāngata, he tāngata.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday 30 October.

The Trustees of Te Tahuna Trust feel that the main priority for the Trust is the health and safety of tāngata whenua, our whānau, our kuia, and our kaumatua.  As you are all aware, Covid-19 has created a challenging environment for us all to navigate through in these uncertain times.  

Due to the fluidity of alert levels and different restrictions across the country the Trustees have decided to proceed with the Annual General Meeting via an online livestream platform only.

The agenda for the AGM is detailed below and explains how to join the AGM online.

Owners/tāngata whenua/whānau will have the ability to interact/ask questions during the AGM using the online chat tool, where the Chair will answer those questions during the meeting.

The 2021 Annual Report will be emailed to all owners for whom we hold an email address and will also be available to be collected from the Deloitte office from Tuesday 26 October.
